These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of Guru, a digital service operated by Advaita Software, a company based in Brazil. Guru allows users to interact with symbolic, esoteric mentors who offer insights and predictions through tarot, astrology, and related techniques (“Services”).

By installing, accessing, or using Guru, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

1. About These Terms

These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Advaita Software.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Guru means you accept the new version.
These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy and any guidelines provided in-app.

2. Eligibility

Guru is intended for users 18 years or older residing in the United States. We do not knowingly collect or process data from users under 18.

3. Description of Service

Guru provides symbolic, esoteric guidance through virtual mentors, each offering advice, predictions, or insight based on user inputs. These Services are for entertainment purposes only and not professional advice.

4. In-App Purchases and Virtual Content

Guru offers virtual “coins” to access certain mentor interactions.
Coins have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged.
All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law.
We reserve the right to modify prices or functionality at any time.

5. User Conduct

You agree:

Not to ask mentors for or submit inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content.
Not to copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or exploit any part of Guru.
That mentors may decline to respond to certain queries.

6. User Data

Guru may collect:

Birth data, location, and optional personality data to personalize your experience.
Usage is subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Guru is not a substitute for legal, medical, or psychological advice.
Advaita Software is not liable for actions taken based on mentor advice.
The app is provided “as is,” and we disclaim all warranties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Advaita Software or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, personal license to use Guru for non-commercial purposes only.
