What is Guru?
Guru is a digital service that provides symbolic, esoteric guidance through virtual mentors. Each mentor offers unique insights based on tarot, astrology, numerology, and other mystical traditions.
Is Guru free to use?
Guru offers both free and premium features. You can interact with certain mentors for free, while others require virtual "coins" purchased through in-app purchases.
What platforms is Guru available on?
Currently, Guru is available on:
- iOS (iPhone and iPad)
- Android devices
Who can use Guru?
Guru is intended for users 18 years or older residing in the United States. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 18.
Account & Setup
How do I create an account?
Simply download the app and follow the onboarding process. You can sign up using:

- Apple ID
- Google account
What information do I need to provide?
To personalize your experience, we may ask for:
- Birth date and time (for astrological insights)
- Location (for timezone and astrological calculations)
- Optional personality information

What are coins?
Coins are virtual currency used within Guru to access premium mentor interactions and exclusive features.
How do I purchase coins?
Tap the coin icon in the app to view available packages. Purchases are processed through:

Are purchases refundable?

Do coins expire?
No, coins do not expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account until used.

How many mentors are available?
Guru features multiple mentors, each with unique specialties:

Can I choose my mentor?
Yes! Browse available mentors and select the one that resonates with you.
How accurate are the predictions?
Guru provides entertainment and symbolic guidance only. Mentor insights are not professional advice and should not be used for legal, medical, financial, or psychological decisions.
Can I ask any question?
While you can ask most questions, mentors may decline to respond to:
- Inappropriate content
- Illegal requests
- Harmful or unethical inquiries
Privacy & Security
Is my data safe?

Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. Note that:

Technical Issues

How do I manage my subscription?

How do I cancel my subscription?
